  If you are compelled to do business and you get his estimate/ Invoice. Be sure to then get a contract with CHANGE ORDER wording in it.
  When we met we agreed on a price for the entire job
  I was foolish enough to take him at his word on the agreed price stated.
  We never discussed materials as an extra.
  When the job was over he email me the estimate/ invoice and it was $746 more than we agreed on.
  He told me he found extra work yet never called me to alert me. To any extra costs.
  
  NOT TO BE TRUSTED!!
