  This guy, Joe, ripped me off! He charged me $25.00 to look at my camcorder. That's not the problem. After checking it out, I had to go to him, (he wouldn't call me) and he said it would be "x" amount of dollars to fix. I agreed to it. He said it would be ready the following Monday. I went and he was closed. So I returned on Tuesday and he said it would be ready the following Wednesday. I returned about a week and a half later and he said the part hadn't come in but it would be ready on Friday. I go today, Friday, and get my camcorder that was never repaired. He charged to look at, and after agreeing on a price to fix, he never ordered the part and 9 phone calls later I had to pick up my unfixed camcorder that he agreed to repair and he would not return the $25.00! Man, if you can't fix it, tell me up front. I'll save $25.00 and find someone who can fix it. This place is fraud!
