  I would give them a five out of five for all the obvious reasons, but I held back because I like to get massages on a whim. If you are like me, this may not be the place for you. You need to plan at least a day in advance. For example: It is Thursday at 12pm. I just called to see if they had any availability and was told the first available appointment was on Sunday. I wouldn't mind so much except that I have been paying monthly for massages I am not using for this reason.
  
  Small complaint, I know. But once I have used all my massages I will not be renewing my agreement. I will find someone local that can at least on occasion get me in the same day I call.
